Frequently Asked Questions
How secure is my data?
Your data is protected with end-to-end encryption. This means your files are encrypted before they leave your device and can only be decrypted by you or those you explicitly share them with.
Can I access my files offline?
Yes, you can access your files offline on any device where you have enabled sync. Changes will automatically sync when you are back online.
What happens if I exceed my storage limit?
You will receive a notification when you are approaching your storage limit. You can either upgrade to a higher plan or manage your storage by removing unnecessary files.
What if I want to discontinue the paid plans?
You can always cancel your subscription. We cannot entertain requests for your remote vault data manually since they are encrypted with your account and we do not have access to it.
Is there a file size limit?
Free accounts can upload files up to 1MB in size. Pro and Ultimate accounts can upload files up to 10MB and 200MB in size respectively.
