Terms of Service for CloudSyncNotes

Welcome to CloudSyncNotes ("CloudSyncNotes," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the CloudSyncNotes plugin and related services (collectively, the "Service"). 1. Acceptance of Terms

By using CloudSyncNotes, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have the consent of a parent or guardian. You also agree to comply with these Terms and all applicable local, state, national, and international laws.

2. Service Description

CloudSyncNotes is a plugin and service that allows you to sync your Obsidian vaults across devices using the provided cloud storage. We offer a free plan with basic features, as well as two paid subscription plans—"Pro" and "Ultimate"—which include additional features and storage limits. Plan details are available on our website.

3. User Responsibilities

• Account: You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
• Usage: You agree not to misuse the Service, including attempting to reverse-engineer the plugin, overloading the system, or using it for illegal purposes.
• Content: You retain ownership of the content you sync via CloudSyncNotes. We do not claim ownership of your data but may suspend or terminate access if we detect illegal activity.

4. Subscription and Payment

• Plans: We offer free and paid plans (billed monthly or annually). Pricing and features are outlined on our website.
• Automatic Renewal: Paid subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
• Changes: We reserve the right to modify pricing or plan features with 30 days’ notice, communicated via email to existing subscribers.

5. Termination

• By You: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.
• By Us: We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or engage in behavior that harms the Service or other users.

6. Intellectual Property

CloudSyncNotes and its software are owned by CloudSyncNotes. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the plugin for personal or internal business purposes.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CloudSyncNotes is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses resulting from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify you of significant updates via email or through the Service.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Washington/USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.
